The 48 Hour Film Project
The 48 Hour Film Project is an international filmmaking competition. It happens in cities around the world, and comes to Boston each year in May. Filmmaking teams are assigned a genre, character, line of dialogue, and prop at 7:30pm on Friday night. They have until 7:30pm on Sunday night (48 hours later) to write, shoot and edit a short film that fits their assigned elements.
I have competed in the event 8 times, largely with the same group of rugged filmmakers (you know who you are Adam, Mike, Mike, Liz, Paul, Zak, Marea, and Anna).
Below are our 8 films. Some were selected as part of the Best Of Boston. Some were not. We are proud of all of them.
